REFUND POLICY

At ROI Institute India, we strive to deliver high-quality learning experiences. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

  • Participant Cancellation: Participants may request a refund if they are unable to attend a registered program. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the ROI Institute India team. Refund eligibility is as follows:
    • If cancellation is requested 15 days or more before the event date, 100 percent of the registration fee will be refunded, excluding payment processing charges.
    • If cancellation is requested between 7 and 14 days before the event date, 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded.
    • If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the event date, no refund will be provided.
  • Transfer of Registration: Participants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another person from the same organization, provided the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Event Cancellation by ROI Institute India: If ROI Institute India cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee or the option to transfer the registration to a future program. ROI Institute India will not be responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
  • Non Attendance: Failure to attend a program without prior notice will be considered a no show and will not qualify for a refund.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will typically be processed within 10 to 15 business days through the original method of payment.
