• Participant Cancellation: Participants who need to cancel their registration must inform ROI Institute India in writing by email. The applicable refund policy will apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
• Substitution of Participant: If a registered participant cannot attend, another participant from the same organization may attend in their place. Written notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the program.
• Program Rescheduling: ROI Institute India reserves the right to reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances such as facilitator availability, operational issues, or insufficient registrations. In such cases, participants may choose to attend the rescheduled program or transfer their registration to another upcoming session.
• Program Cancellation by ROI Institute India: In rare situations where a program must be cancelled, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or the option to attend a future program.
• Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner during all events and training programs. ROI Institute India reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment or violates professional conduct expectations.
• Changes to Programs: ROI Institute India reserves the right to modify program content, schedule, facilitators, or delivery format when necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
• Limitation of Liability: ROI Institute India shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from participation in our programs or events.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
